Consider bringing extra towels for larger groups as only one was provided for us. The space is clean and well-decorated, ideal for relaxing after outdoor activities.

    great location

Tudor Lodge offered a cozy vibe with clean rooms. Loved the location, just minutes to awesome hiking trails and tasty local pubs! Breakfast was decent, but could use a little more variety. Great spot for relaxing after a day in nature.

    beautiful views
    poor sound insulation

The location is excellent for hiking to Glendalough and offers beautiful views of gardens and the river.

The sound insulation was poor, resulting in disturbances from the creaky floors and nearby guests.

    quiet atmosphere
    limited breakfast options

great breakfast but lack of breakfast variety

The breakfast was very good. The host provided excellent hiking recommendations, allowing us to easily access breathtaking views of the mountains. The quiet environment made our family stay very enjoyable, and we appreciated the lovely garden view that added charm to our experience.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing since we were hoping for more variety.

    confusing communication

Stunning garden views, Excellent proximity to hiking trails, Unique cabin option

The lack of soundproofing was disturbing, making it hard to ignore creaky floors!!! Communication about amenities wasn't clear, leaving us unsure about lounge access. More information on local attractions could enhance guest experience!!!

    stunning views
    frustrating check-in
    poor breakfast quality

Stunning garden views that enhanced our stay.

Our check-in experience was frustratingly brief, and we felt rushed to pay without clarity on the charges. The breakfast menu offered limited options, with some items not meeting our expectations for quality and variety. Additionally, the sound isolation was poor, as we could hear conversations and sounds from neighboring rooms.

    beautiful location
    comfortable rooms
    limited lounge

Tudor Lodge provided a serene retreat nestled in a beautiful part of Ireland. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and was impeccably clean. I enjoyed the lovely gardens, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Helpful recommendations from the staff made it easy to plan our hikes. The cabin we stayed in was well-equipped and had everything for a comfortable family stay, including good parking nearby. Breakfast was served on a beautiful patio by the river, creating a charming atmosphere. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu could have had more variety, and the lounge was not accessible for guests, limiting our communal relaxation space. Overall, a great spot with a few adjustments needed for an even better experience.

    cozy atmosphere
    great breakfast
    fun activities
    strict breakfast timing

The atmosphere was cozy, making it perfect for our group. We ventured nearby, visiting Clara Lara Fun Park on our way to Bray, and caught a movie. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection to fuel our adventures.

We had a bit of a hiccup with check-in, arriving late because of road closures and missed instructions for breakfast timing. They were strict about the cutoff, which was a bummer when we really wanted to eat.

    Cozy spot near Dublin

We stayed for 2 nights in a super comfy room. The location is awesome, just a short drive to Dublin and surrounded by beautiful countryside! The picnic area was a pleasant surprise for lunch outdoors. Only annoying thing was the breakfast menu could use a boost in options.
